It all started in February 2016 with the grand opening of the Jordan pop-up store at 306 Yonge St. during NBA All-Star Weekend. The pop-up stayed open 24 hours each day, with the doors opening that Friday at 6:23AM and closing the following Monday at 6:23PM. When the pop-up shut down, there was word that the store would be re-opening as a permanent space at a later date and all of us patiently waited upon it’s re-opening.

Fast forward to May 2017 and we have finally received word that the Jordan Centre 23 will be making it’s debut as a permanent space on Saturday May 27th at 6:23AM. The opening of this store is monumental for the Canadian sneaker scene, as this will only be the second Jordan store in all of North America alongside the first location in Chicago.

Centre 23 will be the go-to spot for all of your Jordan needs, from exclusive releases to personalized products. There will also be a selection of Toronto-exclusive apparel representing the different Toronto neighbourhoods. In addition to the retail experience, Centre 23 will feature a training facility on the second-floor of the space, along with a barber space.

Centre 23 will be in collaboration with Footaction, who recently had their first Canadian grand opening inside Toronto’s Eaton Centre. After the opening of the store at 6:23AM on Saturday May 27th, the permanent hours of the store will be:

Sunday: 11AM – 7PM
Monday-Friday: 10AM – 9PM
Saturday: 10AM – 9PM
