#SANDALBOYZ

Everyone is wearing slippers these days, and SANDALBOYZ is helping the movement with the introduction of their sandal collections. Recently, they’ve been all over the social media world with stamps of approval from everyone, including industry legends such as Ben Baller, NBA players such as Jared Cunningham and Ian Clark, and even a co-sign from a Kardashian in Kylie Jenner.

I first stumbled upon Fran on the SoleCollector forums back in the days and I was just in awe of his collection, filled with all types of crazy Nike SB’s and other grails. Throughout the years, he’s grown his identity and network in order to create SANDALBOYZ as a brand and a movement. They have been doing some amazing work and most recently, you may have seen them doing their thing at ComplexCon.

Launched in January of 2016, they are getting rid of the popular idea that socks and sandals should not be seen in public. If you grew up playing sports or you just like being cozy, you’ve definitely worn that combination at one time or another. With or without socks, SANDALBOYZ has you covered with clean aesthetics in a variety of colourways.

These are designed with comfort in mind and they feature an injected phylon midsole to ensure coziness. To top off the design, there is a leather strap that features two layers of high quality foam as well. SANDALBOYZ can be seen on the rear exterior of each sandal with the logo on the heel, and if the pair are put side-by-side, the combined soles will re-create their logo.

A big shoutout to all of the guys over at SANDALBOYZFran, Ryan, Andrew, Ray and Mikey, for all of their work in the creation of the brand and we wish you nothing but success up north! We love seeing the community grow and we hope to see you in Canadian retailers soon!
