This week has been long awaited, as a historic pair of Jordan Retro, two different PrimeKnit NMDs and a pair for the Heir are releasing all this weekend. With that, let’s start this week’s Shelf Life.
adidas NMD R1 PK “Vintage White”
After a successful launch of the “OG” NMD R1 featuring black PrimeKnit, adidas flipped things over and is now releasing a white iteration of the OG NMD. This version is perfect for summer with the white sock-like PrimeKnit upper, making it extremely breathable, lightweight and stretchy. The Boost found on these is not as comfortable as the UltraBoost, but is nonetheless better than many other shoe’s cushioning. The hype is insane as many stores are doing raffles such as Livestock, but other stores such as Off The Hook will stick to the original ways and have lineups.
The adidas NMD R1 PK “Vintage White” will be releasing in very limited quantities this Saturday, May 28th 2016 at select retailers such as Exclucity for $220 CAD.
